News: March. 2018: v1.12 Release:

• There is a release of a new version available for use and testing. The main novelty is the possibility to select among several sampling rates (8000 - 48000Hz).

Analyze the sound you hear with your smartphone or tablet. Visualize sound content in time and frequency to identify prominent frequencies. This tool enables you to analyze various sounds such as musical instruments, vocals, whistles, car engines, animal noises, and more.

Analyze captured audio from the microphone across three separate panels:

• Oscilloscope (time domain)
• Spectrum (instantaneous frequency domain)
• Spectrogram (cumulative frequency domain)

You can view all panels simultaneously (default screen). To view each panel in full-screen mode, simply click on the panel, which will expand with additional customizable settings accessible through buttons. The display can also be paused for capturing screenshots.

In the Spectrum panel, values of one or five leading frequencies can be displayed. Users can choose between a linear or logarithmic magnitude scale. An advanced algorithm is applied to enhance peak frequency estimation.
